However, if it was a day or two ago when you made your purchase we can give you a small store credit or discount code off of your next order closest to what you would've got on that item. This is going to be a very RARE thing. Most of our items will not go out of stock. Our suppliers and partners rarely ever go out of stock on any of the items we sell. If it goes out of stock, we will notify you immediately after we are notified. But like we said, this is very Rare.

While our bracelets are water-resistant, we highly recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water when possible. Especially pools with high amounts of chlorine. Some of our silicone bracelets are ink injected and it may wear down the quality of the ink, thus making it wash out of the bracelet.

Sorry about that, sometime these types of things happen. If we sent you the incorrect item in your order, please send us an email to returns@setapartsupply.com and with pictures. We’ll handle the issue, and get you the correct item sent to you immediately! If it's around a National Holiday, We wont be able to send it out immediately but we will do our best to get it as quickly as possible.
No worries! All of our bracelets have a 45-day warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within 45 days from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, send us an email to returns@setapartsupply.com and go through the return/exchange process.
All Ascender Drinkware comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. *You can only warranty out your cup once a year. And warranty is non-transferable. Unless lost or stolen within 7 days of recieving it. It will transfer once but only to the person on the Ship to part of the Order Address.
Three exceptions:
We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items. But sometimes for Ascender Drinkware, we will be happy to send you one free of charge if it was lost or stolen within 7 days of receiving it. It's the Christian thing to do. *This service is a one time offering and can't be offered again though. Same Warranty applies to the one we replace.

While we are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect address, we can ship your package to the correct mailing address or refund your order (you will only be charged for the shipping cost).

Sometimes DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered a day or two before they are. If you’ve waited two days, please read below.
Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.
We also recommend that you check with other members of your home to see if anyone may have put your package somewhere else in your home. This happens more than you think it does.
If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in mailboxes so carriers will often leave packages at the manager’s office for safekeeping.
Consider calling your local post office or what your preferred shipping carrier with your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you for multiple reasons. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.

Every order requires at least 2 business days of processing time before it leaves one of our warehouses and will typically arrive within 3-7 business days, unless 2nd Day Air/Express is selected at checkout. At this time, we are processing 2nd Day Air orders in 24 hours or less.
Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume or bad weather, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.
We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as an issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office/package carrier, etc.
It's against our terms to comment your code on any of OUR photos on social media, or online via coupon code websites. Your code is for your content only, and to share on your blog/website/social media and with your friends/family/followers. Any other promotion is a violation of terms and your account will be terminated. Sometimes, we make exceptions, sometimes your code being posted on social media will eventually end up on some coupon code websites, we know this happens and it's not your fault. Their services crawl the internet and will find coupon codes and post them automatically, but if it happens multiple times within a 6 month period, we may have to put your ambassador code on a temporary block.
We prohibit sharing your unique link/code via the Pinterest platform. Since Pinterest acts as a search engine, we have found that it does not require an organic following on the platform to earn sales. We will allow you to continue to share your code only on the platform if you’d like, but we no longer allow the sharing of unique links to earn commission on Pinterest moving forward. As always, please let us know if you have any questions regarding this. All other social media platforms are fair game.
This is allowed as long as you're not spamming, where moderators specifically tell you, you're not allowed to show coupon codes or links.
No, as a brand ambassador, you are not permitted to promote your links through paid listings or advertisements on Google, other search engines, or social media platforms that act like search engines. All promotions should be organic and align with the brand’s approved marketing strategies. Violating this policy may result in the termination of your ambassador status.
You will be paid on the first Friday of every month, once you have earned over $25. We will soon allow you to cash out whenever you want through a partner we are working close with. This feature should be avilable no later than Early 2027.
You make 5% of all sales you refer from your link or your code. You'll earn the same amount with either! We also have sales tiers coming soon, so that the higher tier you go up, so will how much more you'll earn in commissions.
We will send you a confirmation email once you have earned each tier, we will ask for your shipping address, bracelet size and unisex shirt size if we don't already have that information. You will be sent the tier reward within a week!
Your coupon code is to be used to track your sales. All Brand Ambassadors receive a 15% off code you can share with others, and you will receive your portion (5%) of the sale. You can also use your link on your info page to refer others and earn the same!

Since our website only accepts one coupon code at a time, your ambassador code cannot be combined with any other discount code at checkout. But, you can share your personal link/code if they would like to use a different coupon code, and you will still be credited for that order.
